Lead feature delivery on DriveVision's Django platform — dashboards, booking, referrals, careers portal, and instructor operations.
We're looking for a senior developer to own end-to-end delivery: models, services, views, templates, tests, and production fixes. You'll mentor others, review PRs, and shape technical decisions on a product used daily by learners, instructors, Service Partners, and admin staff.
Stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL/SQLite, Tailwind-style templates, pytest, Channels for real-time features, Stripe integrations, and Docker deployment.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years professional software development
- Expert-level Python and Django
- HTML, CSS, and pragmatic front-end work
- SQL, migrations, and data modelling
- Automated testing (pytest or equivalent)
- Code review, mentoring, and clear documentation
- Comfortable with Git, Docker, and Linux deployment
