What's included in the lesson price?
All lessons include door-to-door pickup within our service areas, fuel, insurance, and use of our modern dual-control vehicles. We aim for clear pricing with no surprise add-ons.
How do I pay for a package?
Use the Pay button on any package for instant online checkout via GoCardless. Lesson credits are added to your student dashboard after payment confirms.
How long does it take to arrange an instructor?
We aim to arrange a suitable instructor for your region within 15 working days after payment. If an instructor is not arranged by the 15th working day, you are eligible for a full refund that day. You can also ask us to keep looking beyond 15 working days instead of taking a refund.
Can I switch between automatic and manual?
Yes — you can switch between automatic and manual lessons, though we recommend sticking with one type for consistency. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
We typically require 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Lessons cancelled with sufficient notice can usually be rescheduled at no extra cost. Confirm the exact policy when you book.
Can I switch instructors if I'm not comfortable?
Absolutely. If your learning style doesn't match your instructor, we'll help you switch where availability allows, with no extra fees for the change itself.
Important: instructor allocation & refunds
- After you pay, we aim to arrange a suitable instructor for your region within 15 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- If we have not arranged an instructor by the 15th working day, you are eligible for a full refund of the package payment on that day.
- You may also ask us to keep looking for an instructor beyond 15 working days instead of taking a refund — tell us and we will continue the search.
